Requesting a student record from FCA
Fishers Christian Academy is happy to assist families, schools, and other authorized organizations with student records requests.
Whether a student is transferring in, transferring out, or a family simply needs a copy of their own child’s file, the FCA school office handles every request from one place. Use the details on this page to send us what we need, and we will take it from there.

For Schools & Educational Institutions
If a student has transferred to Fishers Christian Academy, or if you are requesting records for a student who previously attended FCA, please submit your records request using the appropriate contact information below.
For Parents & Guardians
Parents and guardians who need a copy of their child’s records may contact the FCA school office for assistance. Depending on the type of record requested, additional authorization or identification may be required.
For Other Authorized Organizations
Other authorized organizations may also submit a student records request to the school office. As with parent and guardian requests, additional authorization or identification may be required depending on the type of record requested.
What to include in your request
Including these details in your first message is the quickest way to get the right record to the right place.
- The student’s full name
- The dates the student attended Fishers Christian Academy
- The grade level or levels the request covers
- Where the records should be sent — the receiving school, organization, mailing address or email address
- The requester’s relationship to the student, plus written authorization if applicable
Authorization and identification. Depending on the type of record requested, additional authorization or identification may be required. If you are not sure what your request needs, call the school office at (317) 577-1777 and we will tell you before you send anything.

Processing your request
Please allow appropriate processing time for records requests. We will make every effort to process requests as promptly as possible. If you have questions regarding student records, please contact the FCA school office.
Transferring in to FCA? Elementary and secondary applicants are asked for ILearn or other achievement test scores along with their most recent grades, and high school students will need a copy of their transcript showing courses taken and credits earned.
